We quote individually after reviewing the size, condition, required areas, appliance interiors and access. Your quote sets out the agreed work. Photos can help us assess what is needed.

02Does the property need to be empty?

An empty or substantially empty property makes thorough cleaning easier. Tell us if furniture or belongings will remain so that we can agree what is accessible.

03Are ovens and carpet cleaning automatically included?

Please specify appliance interiors and any carpet requirements when requesting your quote. They are not automatically included; we confirm what we can provide and any separate arrangements before booking.

04Can you guarantee that my deposit will be returned?

No cleaning company controls your landlord's deposit decision. We agree a clear cleaning scope and can review your agent's checklist, but we do not promise a deposit refund.

05Can you clean before my key handover?

Send the proposed cleaning date and handover deadline. We confirm availability and access arrangements individually before accepting a booking.
